Hi, how you doing? If the Coronavirus are in your country now, please don't panic, stay calm, alert, but don't anxious 👍 Today, I am gonna share our lunch box menu. Like always, easy cooking yet tasty. I don't have much time in the kitchen, but I am trying to cook something good. And this is one of the lunch box ideas from my kitchen recipe. Check it out! 😊

Ingredient:
  • Tesco Cheese and broccoli pasta
  • 2 egg - I use low cholesterol egg
  • Some broccoli
  • 1/2 carrot - cut it
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 gram of coriander leaf - I use Tesco coriander leaf - for the scrambled egg
  • pinch of salt - for the scrambled egg
  • 1 gram of black pepper powder
  • Butter
These are what you do:
  • Cook the pasta - Tesco cheese and broccoli pasta. Read the instruction
  • Take aside the pasta
  • Make the scrambled egg
  • Place the butter in a pan. Turn on the stove in medium-low flame
  • Pour the egg, add the salt, coriander leaf, and black pepper powder
  • Scrambled the egg for a few seconds then take aside. turn off the stove
  • While you make scrambled egg you can boil the broccoli and carrot. Boil them for about 3 minutes, don't boil them for more than 5 minutes
Now prepare the lunch box menu:
  • Place the pasta first
  • Place the scrambled egg
  • Place the boiled broccoli and carrot
  • Add some cherry tomatoes
  • Don't forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box

How could it be??… I cooked it today, I called it “Boiled Egg Soup”. Check out my recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock!! Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 4 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander 2 candlenuts 5 cm bulb of yellow ginger 5 red chilies Mash all of these seasonings! Miso Soup

A few weeks ago, I asked my friend, Miyu-san, how to make miso soup. I failed for the first time I made. The second time, I think I almost success to cook it. For me, it’s not easy to find ingredients and miso soup paste. Today it’s a rainy day, I decided to cook miso soup. And this is it…Miso soup from my kitchen.  Ingredients : A handful of baby carrots (cut as you like) Some of the brown beech mushrooms 3 sheets of seaweed (I use sushi seaweed) 1 stalk of scallion (cut as you like) 800ml - 1 L water Note: if you have tofu or white radish, you can add them Seasoning: Miso paste (4 tsp) These are what you do… Boil water in a pot Add carrots, mushrooms, and seaweeds. Cook it about 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat Gently add the miso paste, mix them well Re-heat pot, before the soup, starts boiling, add scallions and turn off the heat Serve it Sounds easy, right??… I love this soup, it’s great and tasty!
