Hi, how you doing? If the Coronavirus are in your country now, please don't panic, stay calm, alert, but don't anxious 👍 Today, I am gonna share our lunch box menu. Like always, easy cooking yet tasty. I don't have much time in the kitchen, but I am trying to cook something good. And this is one of the lunch box ideas from my kitchen recipe. Check it out! 😊
Ingredient:
- Tesco Cheese and broccoli pasta
- 2 egg - I use low cholesterol egg
- Some broccoli
- 1/2 carrot - cut it
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 gram of coriander leaf - I use Tesco coriander leaf - for the scrambled egg
- pinch of salt - for the scrambled egg
- 1 gram of black pepper powder
- Butter
These are what you do:
- Cook the pasta - Tesco cheese and broccoli pasta. Read the instruction
- Take aside the pasta
- Make the scrambled egg
- Place the butter in a pan. Turn on the stove in medium-low flame
- Pour the egg, add the salt, coriander leaf, and black pepper powder
- Scrambled the egg for a few seconds then take aside. turn off the stove
- While you make scrambled egg you can boil the broccoli and carrot. Boil them for about 3 minutes, don't boil them for more than 5 minutes
Now prepare the lunch box menu:
- Place the pasta first
- Place the scrambled egg
- Place the boiled broccoli and carrot
- Add some cherry tomatoes
- Don't forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box
