Hi all of you, how you doing today? Today I am gonna share one of our favorite menus for dinner. As you know I am not vegetarian but I can't eat meat. Also, I can't eat seafood such as crab, too many prawns, etc... Wow, there are too many requirements for my food. I am sorry if you like to see meat recipes from my Kitchen, there is just sometimes I cook meat. Vegetables are the main ingredient in my kitchen. So, let's take a look what our menu for dinner! 😊

Ingredient:
  • 110 gram of couscous - I use Tesco couscous

  • 170 ml of water
  • 1/2 of chicken stock cube
  • 1/4 -1/2 of lemon - squeeze it to get the juice
  • 2 - 2 1/2 block of tofu
  • 4 spoons of tempura batter
  • 2 - 2 1/2 gram of coriander leaf - I use Tesco coriander leaf

  • 5-7 gram of salt - add salt as you like
  • 2 1/2 gram of onion powder
  • 2 1/2 gram of garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 gram of crushed red pepper
  • 100 - 130 ml of cold water
  • Some carrot - 1/2 carrot and cut it
  • Some broccoli
  • Canola oil
These are what you do:

  • Place the couscous in a bowl
  • Bring boil 170 ml of water, and add the chicken stock cube
  • Then pour the boiling water on couscous. Let it about 5 minutes or until the water absorbs
  • Pour lemon juice and mix the couscous and lemon juice well
  • Now make the tempura tofu. Place the tempura batter in a bowl
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, coriander leaf, and salt
  • Pour cold water. mix them well
  • Place the tofu on the kitchen paper. In this point let the kitchen paper absorbs the water from the tofu
  • Cut the tofu
  • Cover the tofu with seasoning tempura batter
  • Fry them with canola oil in the medium-low flame until golden brown Just use enough canola oil
  • Then place them on kitchen paper
  • Then boil the broccoli and carrot
  • Now, everything is done!
Now, prepare the dinner:
  • Place the couscous first
  • Place the boiled broccoli and carrot
  • Add some tomatoes
  • Place the tempura tofu
  • Don't forget to eat fruit too!
