Hi, it's me again... what is that? That's right, it's soup! Who's love soup? I love veggie soup, how about you? I hope you like veggie soup too. I found beetroot mee sua at the grocery. And I think it is good to cook it with vegetables. What exactly mee sua? Mee sua is some kind of salted noodles made from wheat flour. This is my recipe from my kitchen recipe, let's check it out! 😊
Ingredient:
- Mee sua - I use beetroot mee sua

- 10 meatball - cut in half
- Some of cabbage
- Some of carrot
- Some of the cherry tomatoes
- Some of the green peas
- Some of yellow bell pepper
- Some of spring onion

- 1000 ml of water
- 1 beef stock cube
- 6-8 cloves of garlic - chop it
- about 2 gram of black pepper powder
- about 2 gram - 3 gram of crushed red pepper
- 2-3 gram of onion powder
- 2 gram of garlic powder
These are what you do:

- Pour 1000 ml of water in a pot or in other stuff, turn on the stove on medium-low flame
- Add the meatball, beef stock cube, and garlic that you chopped it. Let it cook for about 10 -15 minutes

- Add carrot and green peas first. Let it cook for about 2 minutes
- Add cabbage and cherry tomatoes
- Add onion powder, garlic, powder, black pepper powder, and crushed red pepper. Mix them well
- Add spring onion, mix them. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. Don't cook these vegetables for more than 5 minutes. Turn off the stove
- Now the soup is done!
Prepare dinner:
- Place mee sua first in a plate or bowl

- Dinner is ready! Don't forget to eat fruit!
Now make lemon cucumber tea:
- Cut 1 lemon
- Cut half of the cucumber - I love to use Japanese cucumber
- I prepare 2 bottle
- 700 ml of water each bottle
- Put lemon and cucumber in the bottle
- Put it in the fridge whole night, we can drink this tea in the next morning! So refreshing...😊
