Hi all of you, how you doing? I hope everything gonna fine. Stay safe and keep calm in this situation. Please do not panic buying and buy paper products and foods in bulk, because there is someone who needs too. Please help each other and don't let another family hungry, or your neighbor hungry. I know you are scare because of the Coronavirus situation, but please pull up yourself together, you are not alone, we fight this together. there is a light after the storm, hang in there! 💪 Today I am going to share our dinner idea. Like always it simple, quick-prep meals yet tasty. You will like it! Let's check it out! 😉

Ingredient:
  • Tesco potato lattices - Take just enough for your family
  • Sausage - Just take enough sausage
  • Some cabbage
  • Some carrot
  • 1 pack of chye sim
  • Furikake
  • Dried silverfish
  • Olive oil or butter to bake the potato and sausage
These are what you do:
  • Bake the potato lattices and sausage at the same time.  Baking the potato lattices and sausage  with olive oil or butter for about 15-20 minutes in the oven with 170 C - 200 C. Or just read the instruction
  • Boil all of the veggies for about 3 minutes. Don't boil the chye sim, carrot, and cabbage more than 5 minutes
Prepare the dinner:
  • Place the baked potato lattices and sausage in a plate
  • Place boiled veggies, pour it with furikake then mix it
  • Sprinkle some dried silverfish on the boiled veggies
  • Dinner is ready. Don't forget to eat fruit too!

How could it be??… I cooked it today, I called it “Boiled Egg Soup”. Check out my recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock!! Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 4 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander 2 candlenuts 5 cm bulb of yellow ginger 5 red chilies Mash all of these seasonings! Miso Soup

A few weeks ago, I asked my friend, Miyu-san, how to make miso soup. I failed for the first time I made. The second time, I think I almost success to cook it. For me, it’s not easy to find ingredients and miso soup paste. Today it’s a rainy day, I decided to cook miso soup. And this is it…Miso soup from my kitchen.  Ingredients : A handful of baby carrots (cut as you like) Some of the brown beech mushrooms 3 sheets of seaweed (I use sushi seaweed) 1 stalk of scallion (cut as you like) 800ml - 1 L water Note: if you have tofu or white radish, you can add them Seasoning: Miso paste (4 tsp) These are what you do… Boil water in a pot Add carrots, mushrooms, and seaweeds. Cook it about 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat Gently add the miso paste, mix them well Re-heat pot, before the soup, starts boiling, add scallions and turn off the heat Serve it Sounds easy, right??… I love this soup, it’s great and tasty!
