It looks like we have a fish recipe again; call it baked tuna with sukiyaki sauce and onion! Tuna is one of my favorites fish since I was a child. I mentioned in my article before that saltwater fish such as tuna and mackerel were the only my favorite fish menu on the table. While most villagers ate catfish, tilapia, and any other freshwater fishes. Was I too picky about food? Well, the only reason was that I did not like how they raise catfish at the farm, secondly because of the earthly taste. But I did liking to eat freshwater fish that caught in the wild. For example in the paddy field; in general, the paddy field in my hometown grew in watery places.
