What, soba again? Yes! Today I am going to share one of our favourite lunch box menus, it's soba. But special today is the omelette because I add nori inside the omelette. Let's check it out!
Ingredient:
- Soba - 1 portion
- 1 pack red spinach - cut it
- 2 eggs - low cholesterol egg
- 1 nori
- Some carrot
- Green peas and cherry tomatoes
- Soba sauce
- Celery - just some celery for the omelette
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 ttsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 ttsp of onion powder
- 1/4 of crushed red pepper
These are what you do:
- Boil the soba for about 5 minutes then drain it
- Crack the egg in a bowl
- Add celery, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Mix them well
- Pour canola oil about 2-4 spoons in a pan
- Turn on the stove on medium-low flame
- Pour the egg on the pan. Wait for a few seconds then flip it
- Place the nori, then fold the egg
- The omelette is done. Place it on kitchen pepper
- Boil the red spinach, carrot, and green peas. Do not boil the vegetables for more than 5 minutes. For me, 3 minutes is enough to boil the vegetables
Arrange the lunch box
- Place the soba first. Place the carrot, green peas, and cherry tomatoes on it
- Pour soba sauce in another box. When you ready to eat your lunch box pour warm water in the soba sauce, mix them
- Place the nori omelette, and boiled red spinach
- Do not forget to bring the fruit
