Lunch Box Today: Boiled Potatoes, Boiled Veggies, Omelette, and fried Sausage

Hi, how you doing today? Well, well, today we have good weather, a little bit cool down here. So, what we have here.. Omelette again, and again... We love egg 😊 Boiled egg, omelette, everything sounds good to us! Let's check it out what we have for lunch box today!

Ingredient:
  • Tesco diced potatoes - 1 or 2 handfuls of diced potatoes
  • Mexican chicken chilli sausage - 2 sausage
  • 2 egg - I love to use low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • 2 asparagus
  • Some broccoli
  • Some carrot
  • Furikake
  • Salt to give a taste for the potatoes
  • black pepper to give a taste for the potatoes
  • Celery - cut little celery for the omelette
  • 1/2 or 1 gram of salt to give a taste the omelette
  • 1/2 gram of garlic powder
  • 1/2 gram of onion powder
  • Canola oil to fry the omelette and sausage - about 3 or 4 spoons
These are what you do:
  • Boil the potatoes with salt (about 1 or 2 gram) and black pepper (about 2 gram) until cooked
  • While you are boiling the potatoes, you can prepare the veggies and boil them about 2 or 3 minutes
  • Now make an omelette
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, onion and garlic powder. Don't forget to add the celery. Mix them well
  • Prepare the pan, add the canola oil. Turn on the stove on medium flame (but I prefer low flame or between)
  • Wait a few seconds, then pour the seasoning egg
  • Wait a few seconds then flip it
  • Folding the omelette then turn off the stove
  • Place it on kitchen paper
  • Now quick fry the sausage, then place them on kitchen paper
  • Now everything is ready
Arrange the lunch box:
  • Place the boiled potatoes. Add furikake on top of it
  • Place boiled veggies with the boiled potatoes
  • Place fried sausage and omelette
  • Place small tomato or cherry tomato too
  • Don't forget the fruit! 😉
