Hi, all of you... How your day? I hope you have a great day! I am quite happy because I could write an article again. Yeah, I am happy that I have time for it. So, what's today? Today I would like to share a lunch box menu idea. Like always it's easy, simple, and tasty. I do like how to prepare meals in an easy way. Let's check it out!
Ingredient:
- 2 eggs - I always choose low cholesterol egg
- a handful of pasta
- some cherry tomatoes - about 6 tomatoes
- a half of carrot - cut as you like
- Cauliflower - just enough for 1 person
- Bunapi mushroom - about 50 gram
- Cabbage - just enough for 1 person
- 2 spoons of miso paste
- black pepper - to give a taste for the pasta
- 2 gram of salt to give a taste for the pasta
- Spring onion - for the omelette
- 1 gram of onion - to give a taste for the omelette
- 1/2 or 1 gram of salt to give the taste for the omelette
- 100 ml of water
These are what you do:
- Bring to boil the pasta for about 8 minutes. Add salt and black pepper
- Now crack the egg in a bowl
- Add salt, onion powder, and some spring onion. Mix them well
- Pour canola oil about 2 or 3 spoons in a pan
- Heat the pan in a medium flame ( I like to give it lower flame)
- Wait for a few seconds, then pour the seasoning egg
- Wait for a few seconds then flip it
- The omelette is ready!
- Pour the water in a pan (about 100 ml of water)
- Add miso paste - bring it to boil
- Add the vegetables. Stir them well
- Let it fully cooked for about 3 or 5 minutes. Do not cook the vegetables more than 5 minutes
- Now the vegiie with miso paste is ready!
Prepare the lunch box
- Place the veggie with miso paste
- Place the omelette
- Place the pasta
- Don't forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box
