Hi, my dear friend, how you doing? I hope you are doing fine. Today I would like to share a new recipe from my kitchen. It's baked braised tempeh. This is a new recipe in my kitchen. I hadn't cooked this one before. But the result is pawsome! We love it! And we like to add this dish with curly potatoes and soup. Let's check it out! 😉
Ingredient:
- 200 g of tempeh
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 bay leaves
- 2,5 - 3 g of turmeric
- 2 spoon of olive oil
- 700 ml of water
These are what you do:
- Pour water in a pot. Heat on medium flame
- Add the chicken stock cube
- Cut the tempeh
- Place the tempeh in a pot
- Add bay leaves and turmeric
- Bring to boil until the water has gone or boil for about 20-25 minutes

- Take out the braised tempeh from the pot
- Now arrange the braised tempeh in a tray
- Pour the olive oil
- Put them in the oven for about 5 minutes in 170 degrees Celcius
- Check it, if you satisfied with the result then take out the tempeh. But if you want drier then give it 3 minutes

- Now the baked braised tempeh is done
- I combine the baked braised tempeh with baked curly potatoes and soup. This soup is Tesco vegetable cup soup
- Don't forget to eat fruit! 😀
