Hi, how you doing? Today I am going to share one of our favorite menus at home. It's a salad! Who's like salad? And I combine it with veggie fritters. This is easy and simple cooking. Veggie, and veggie... yes today is about the vegetable! As you know I am not a vegetarian but I can't eat meat. So most of my food is vegetables. Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • Lettuce - make it 2 portion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Half carrot - cut it
  • Purple cabbage - handful cabbage
  • Celery - enough celery
  • Parmesan
  • Cashew nuts
  • Japanese dressing

  • 6 - 7 spoons of tempura batter
  • 100 ml of cold water
  • 5 - 7 gram salt - or add salt as you like
  • 1 - 2 ttsp of garlic powder
  • 1 - 2 ttsp of onion powder
  • 1 ttsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper
  • Canola oil
These are what you do:
  • Place purple cabbage, celery, and carrot in a bowl

  • Add tempura batter
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, turmeric, and salt
  • Pour cold water. Mix them together

  • Pour enough canola oil in a pan. Turn on the stove in medium-low flame

  • Wait a few seconds, then fry the veggie fritters until golden brown

  • Take aside and place them on kitchen paper
  • Now you can wash and cut the lettuce as you like
Prepare the meal:
  • Place the lettuce first
  • Pour Japanese dressing
  • Add some parmesan on it
  • Then add cashew nuts
  • Place the veggie fritters
  • Add some cherry tomatoes
  • Dinner is ready! Don't forget to eat fruit!
