Hi all of you, how are you today? I hope you are doing fine and stay safe. As you know coronavirus is everywhere. We have a hard time, but please don't panic, stay alert but don't anxious. So what we have here, well I am going to share one of lunch box idea from my kitchen recipes. Here we gooo...! 😉

Ingredient:
  • Green tea soba
  • soba sauce
  • some broccoli
  • Green peas
  • Some carrot
  • 2 eggs - I like low cholesterol egg
  • 100 gram of tempeh or an half of tempeh
  • 2 spoons of tempura batter
  • 100 - 130 ml of cold water
  • Mozzarella
  • 1 ttsp of onion powder to taste the tempura
  • 1 ttsp of garlic powder to taste the tempura
  • 1 ttsp of crushed red pepper to taste the tempura
  • Salt to taste the tempura - 1 ttsp of salt (add more salt if you like salty)
  • 1/2 ttsp of onion powder to taste the omelette
  • 1/2 ttsp of garlic to taste the omelette
  • Spring onion for the omelette
  • little of salt to taste the omelette
  • little of black pepper powder to taste the omelette
These are what you do:
  • Bring boil the water about 800 ml. Add the soba (1 person). Boil for about 5 minutes then drain it
  • Place the tempura batter in a bowl
  • Add garlic powder, onion, crushed red pepper, and salt
  • Pour cold water slowly. Mix them well
  • Add the tempeh (cut them before). Cover the tempeh with the seasoning tempura batter
  • Deep fry the tempeh with canola oil
  • Take a side and place them on kitchen paper
  • Now make an omelette
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl
  • Add garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper powder
  • Mix them well
  • Now pour canola oil in a pan about 2-3 spoons
  • Wait for a few seconds
  • Pour the seasoning egg
  • Wait for a few seconds then flip it
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella on it
  • Then folding it, turn off the stove
  • Take a side and place it on the kitchen paper
  • Boil the broccoli, carrot, and green peas
Arrange the lunch box:
  • Place the soba first
  • Pour the soba sauce - just enough sauce
  • Place the veggie
  • Place the tempura tempeh and omelette (I like to cut my omelette)
  • The lunch box is ready. Complete the lunch box with the fruit. Any fruit that you like!
