Dinner Idea: Veggie Fritters, Spaghetti with Japanese Sesame dressing and Furikake, Boiled veggies

Hi, my dear friend, how are you today? Today we have good weather in Singapore. So, what are you planning for this weekend? Well, this is a recipe or dinner idea for today, pasta and veggie fritters. Sounds good, huh? Let's check it out! 😉
Ingredient:
- Pasta - I choose spaghetti angle hair for 2 person
- a handful of purple cabbage
- a handful of carrot - cut the carrot first
- Some celery - cut it (for veggie fritters)
- 4 spoons of tempura batter
- Broccoli
- Carrot - long cut
- Green peas
- Japanese sesame dressing
- Furikake - Bonito flavor
- 100 ml of cool water
- 1 ttsp of crushed red pepper
- 1 ttsp of onion powder
- 1/2 - 1 of garlic powder
- 1/2 of turmeric powder
- 1/ 2 ttsp of coriander powder
- 5 gram of salt - or add salt as you like
- Canola oil - 100 - 200 ml
These are what you do:

- Boil the pasta for about 2 minutes. drain it then take aside
- Place the tempura batter in a bowl
- Add purple cabbage, carrot, celery
- Add garlic, onion, coriander powder, crushed red pepper, and salt
- Pour cool water slowly then mix them
- Pour the canola oil in a pan
- Turn on the stove in medium-low flame
- Wait for a few seconds, pour the tempura batter veggie in a pan. I make 4 of veggie fritters, so it looks big
- Fry the veggie fritters until golden brown
- Take aside and place them on kitchen paper
- Now you can boil the broccoli and carrot (long slice). Do not boil the vegetables for more than 5 minutes. For me, 3 minutes is enough

Prepare the dinner:
- Place the spaghetti/ pasta in a bowl

- Pour Japanese sesame dressing and furikake. Mix them well
Furikake (bonito flavor) - Photographed by Acik Mardhiyanti / Acik Mdy
- Place the spaghetti on a plate. Add some celery on it
- Place the veggie fritters
- Then place the boiled broccoli and carrot. Add cherry tomato
- The last, of course, fruit. I like the orange!
