Fried Black Pepper Spaghetti with Prawn and Boiled Veggies

Hi all of you, how you doing? I hope you are doing fine and so is your family. Because we have the situation about COVID-19, please...don't panic, stay alert but don't anxious 👍 So, what we have this weekend? Well, I am going to share the pasta recipe from my kitchen recipe. It's easy yet tasty. Let's rock! 😉
Ingredient:
- 200 gram of prawn - I would like to choose clean prawn (no head and tail)
- Spaghetti angle hair - 2 portion
- 1 pack spinach
- Some carrot - just enough for 2 portion
- Cherry tomatoes
- Celery
- 4-5 cloves of garlic - chop it
- Butter
- 3-4 spoons of black pepper sauce
These are what you do:
- Boil the pasta about 2 minutes, and drain it
- Turn on the stove in medium flame. Add the butter and garlic in a pan. Saute about 2 minutes

- Add prawn, Stir them well. Let it fully cook about 10-15 minutes or until the water is gone. The water is coming out because the prawn is a frozen product

- Then add black pepper sauce. Stir them well about 3-5 minutes
- Add the pasta, add more butter, mix them well about 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the stove
- Now we boil the spinach and carrot. Drain them
How to arrange:
- Place the fried pasta first
- Place the prawn on the fried pasta
- Add some celery
- Place the boiled spinach, carrot, and cherry tomatoes
- It's done!
