It's almost 2020, are you ready going somewhere to celebrate it? Or having a party at home with friends? Well, this menu could be an idea for dinner tonight. Easy, simple, and tasty. The most important thing, it's healthy. No meat? Yes, no meat because I can't eat any kind of meat. If there is any someone who allergic to vegetable, then I am the one who can't eat meat, because I just I can't. I am not vegetarian either. Focus on this menu, let's check it out! My notebook is broken 😒 so I couldn't update my recipe from my kitchen. But today I am happy because I can share my kitchen recipe again! Do you like meatball recipe? This is one of our favorites foods at home. Let's check it out! Ingredient: Beef meatball - 5 small meatball Some carrot Purple cabbage and white cabbage Cherry tomatoes Fried shallots 1 - 2 ttsp of onion powder 1/2 - 1 ttsp of garlic powder 1 ttsp of black pepper powder pinch of salt (add salt as you like) 300 ml - 400 ml of water These are what you do: Boil water and add meatball. Add onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper powder. Let it boil for about 3-5 minutes Add carrot. Mix them well, let it cook for about 2 minutes Add cabbage (purple and white). Today I am going to share one of our favorite menus at home. This is a simple and easy to prepare a meal at home. I like easy and quick cooking because I don't have much time to work in the kitchen. Let's check it out! Ingredient: 750 g of red potatoes Pea sprouts (2 portions) 6-8 of a small sausage Some cherry tomatoes Parmesan Japanese dressing Butter These are what you do: Boil the potatoes While you are boiling the potatoes, you can bake the sausage Arrange the sausage on a tray. Add some butter among them Bake for about 15 minutes - 20 minutes in the oven (200 degrees Celcius and 150 degrees Celcius). This is common food from where I come from. My Japanese friend told me that this is a superfood and expensive stuff in Japan. So, I want to share with you my kitchen recipe on how to cook the tempeh. Let's check it out! And this is my recipe, check it out! It easy to cook yet delicious and tasty. You would like this menu. It's great for dinner even lunch, it up to you. This my recipe from my kitchen recipe! Ingredient: 250 gram of clam 3-4 tbs of black pepper sauce 4-5 of kaffir lime leaves Butter to saute the clam Clam black pepper sauce - Photographed by Rdz These are what you do: Saute the clam with butter. Well, today I would like to share with you how I cook Selar fish with coconut milk. We love this menu, and this is my recipe from my kitchen. Let's rock! Ingredient:   1 Kg Selar Fishes, clean it and wash A handful of shallots, peel and mash it 3-4 cloves of garlic, peel and mash it 300 ml super light coconut milk 1.500 ml of water 15 gram of salt (add salt as you like) 5-gram onion powder 5-gram garlic powder 4 bay leaves 4 kafir lime leaves 500 ml of canola oil 10 gram of chili powder (if you like chili add more) Butter (little a bit to saute shallot and garlic) These are what you do: Arrange selar fishes in a single layer. The oil should be hot enough that it sizzles when you add the fish. Fry the fish until golden brown. This will take 2 or 3 minutes after you flip it.  Then take aside fried selar fish on kitchen towel/ kitc
