Hi everyone, how you doing today? Are you having an idea what will you eat for dinner today? If haven't decided yet, this menu could be the best idea for your dinner. This is the Aglio E Olio version of my kitchen recipe. I believe there are many recipes for this pasta. And this is my recipe, check it out!
Ingredient:
- Spaghetti - I like angel hair spaghetti
- 8 tbs - 10 tbs of olive oil
- butter
- 3 tbs of minced onion
- 2 tbs of minced garlic
- Celery or you can use parsley
- Parmesan
- Sausage
- Vegetarian chicken
These are what you do:
1. Step 1
- Heat the olive oil in low flame
- Add minced garlic and minced onion. Stir them
- Add a little a bit butter
- Stir them together in low heat about 3-5 minutes
- take aside
2. Step 2
- Boil spaghetti in medium flame about 2 minutes
- These are how you measure spaghetti:

- Place spaghetti between your thumb and pointing finger
- The first joint is for 1 person
- The second joint is for 2 person
- Fingertip for 3 person
- Mix spaghetti and the olive oil (step 1)
- Place in a plate
- Add celery or parsley
- Add grated parmesan
3. Step 3

If you want to add others such as sausage or chicken, just baked it. You can also add boiled vegetables like green peas.
