Hi all of you, how are you today? It's almost 2020, are you ready going somewhere to celebrate it? Or having a party at home with friends? Well, this menu could be an idea for dinner tonight. Easy, simple, and tasty. The most important thing, it's healthy. No meat? Yes, no meat because I can't eat any kind of meat. If there is any someone who allergic to vegetable, then I am the one who can't eat meat, because I just I can't. I am not vegetarian either. Focus on this menu, let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • 2 egg - I like carrot egg
  • 1 block tempeh
  • 4 spoons of tempura batter
  • 5 gram of salt - low sodium salt (it's your choice, how much salt you want to put it)
  • 5 gram of onion powder
  • 2,5 gram of garlic powder
  • 100 ml or 130 ml of cold water
  • Carrot - cut carrot for two serving
  • Purple cabbage - cut cabbage for two serving
  • Tesco lattices potatoes
These are what you do:
  • Boil the eggs for about 15 minutes or 20 minutes
  • Place tempura batter in a bowl
  • Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, then pour the cold water little by little and slowly mix it
  • Cut the tempeh and cover it with seasoning tempura batter
  • Deep fry tempura tempeh. Usually, I use canola oil
  • Baked the lattices potatoes in the oven. 170 degrees - 200 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes. Note: make sure to check your potatoes
Arrange your dinner:
  • Arrange the lattices potatoes first
  • Place the tempura tempeh
  • Place the purple cabbage and carrot
  • The last one, place the boiled egg ( cut in half). You can add some of the tomato sauce on it
  • It's done! Please prepare fruit for every meal you eat. You can choose any fruit that you like
