Dinner Menu Idea: Tempeh Coconut Milk and Japanese rice

Hi all of you, what are you doing at the weekend? Cooking at home? Well, last Sunday I cooked this menu, it is tempeh! Yes, tempeh is a superfood. And we love it! This is one of my recipes on how to cook the tempeh. Let's check it out!
Ingredient:

- 2 tempeh - cut it as you like
- 120 ml - 150 ml of super light coconut milk
- 7 g -10 g of salt
- 10 g of minced garlic
- 10 g - 15 g of minced onion
- 10 g - 15 g of onion powder
- 10 g of garlic powder
- 5 g of yellow ginger/ turmeric
- 5 g- 7 g of coriander powder
- 10 g of crushed red pepper - if you like little spicy
- 800 ml - 900 ml of water
- Some cabbage - cut as you like
- Butter
- 4 small bay leaves or 2 big bay leaves
These are what you do:
- Heat butter on a pan

- Add minced garlic and minced onion, saute about 2 minutes
- Add tempeh, stir them about 5 minutes
- Pour water and super light coconut milk
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, turmeric, bay leaves, crushed red pepper, and salt. mix them and let it cook about 5 minutes
- Add cabbage, mix them well. If you like more salt then you can add more salt
- Let it cook about 3- minutes
- It's done!
