Hi all of you, how you doing today? Long-time no see...! Today I would like to share with you one of the dinners that we cooked last weekend. Actually, I don't eat meat much, because I can't eat any meat. I would like to eat fish rather than meat. But sometimes I cook beef steak at home. And this is my home recipe, check it out! 😊

Ingredient:
  • About 250 gram beef for steak (that time I bought strip beef) - wash and cut into 4 slices
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1/4 of broccoli 
  • 5 gram - 7,5 gram of salt
  • 5 gram of garlic powder
  • 5 gram - 7,5 gram of black pepper powder
  • 5 gram - 7,5 gram of oregano&pepper powder
  • Butter to fry beef 
  • 800 ml to boil broccoli and asparagus

These are what you do:
  • Cover the beef with salt first, garlic, pepper, oregano and pepper
  • Prepare a pan on medium flame (but little lower is good)
  • Put butter, put your beef steak
  • Lift the pan slightly and tilt it
  • When the butter melt, cover your beef with butter (use spatula), and repeat - 2-4 minutes
  • Flip the beef, cover with melt butter, and repeat - about 2-4 minutes
  • I like a well-done steak. And it's your choice if you want a medium or rare steak
  • Take aside 
  • Then boil asparagus and broccoli
  • It's done!
