Lunch Box Menu: Garden Salad, Tempura Tempeh, Tempura Tofu, and Omelette Oregano

Who's love salad? I love salad, especially with tempura tempeh. It's a great menu! What do you think about it? I wrote some salad articles before, and today I am going to write salad again. Easy cooking yet tasty, that is my priority now. Of course a healthy meal! Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • Lettuce
  • Carrot
  • Purple cabbage
  • a half big tomato - cut as you wish
  • 2 eggs - I choose low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • a half of tempeh
  • 1 tofu
  • 4 spoon of Japanese tempura batter
  • Japanese dressing
  • Spring onion
  • Salt to give a taste the omelette
  • Oregano black pepper to give an omelette taste
  • 8 gram of salt to give a tempura taste
  • 2-3 ttsp of onion powder
  • 1 ttsp of garlic powder
  • 1 ttsb of crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 ttsp of black pepper
  • 100 ml of cold water
These are what you do:
  • Make salad first for 2 person
  • Cut the lettuce, purple cabbage, carrot, and tomato
  • Mix them and keep it in the fridge
  • Then crack the eggs in a bowl
  • Add a little bit salt, oregano black pepper, a little a bit spring onion. Mix them well
  • Now make a tempura
  • Place the tempura batter in a bowl
  • Add salt, crushed pepper, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
  • Add a little bit spring onion
  • Pour the cold water slowly and mix them well
  • Cut the tempeh and tofu
  • Cover the tempeh and tofu with the batter
  • Heat the canola oil, deep fry the tempura tempeh and tofu
  • Take aside
  • Then heat the canola oil (3 spoons of canola oil). Or you can use the butter instead
  • Pour the eggs wait for a few seconds then flip it
  • Take aside and cut it

  • Place the salad first

  • In another box, prepare the tempura tempeh and tofu

  • Place the omelette
  • The last one, placing the salad dressing
  • And an apple to complete your lunch box. You can choose the fruit that you like
