Hi all of you, it's me again. This is a bonus that I am going to share another menu. And it is a dinner idea. Yes, tempura, tempura, again, and again... We love tempura! And now it's tempura tofu. Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • A pack of sweet potato leaves
  • 800 ml of water for the soup
  • 2 tsp of onion powder to taste the sweet potato leaves
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder to taste the sweet potato leaves
  • 5 g - 7 g of salt (you can add more salt if you like) to taste the sweet potato leaves
  • 2 tofu
  • 4 spoon of tempura batter
  • 100 ml - 130 ml of cold water for the tempura
  • 7 g of salt to taste the tempura tofu (you can add more salt if you like more salty)
  • 3 tsp of onion powder to taste the tempura tofu
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder to taste the tempura tofu
  • 2 tsp of crushed red pepper to taste the tempura tofu
  • Canola oil to deep fry tempura tofu
These are what you do:
  • Cut and wash the sweet potato leaves
  • Boil 800 ml of water
  • Add sweet potato leaves
  • Add garlic, onion powder, and salt
  • Mix them well and let it be for about 3-5 minutes
  • Then your soup is ready!

  • Now making the tempura, place tempura batter in a bowl
  • Add salt, crushed red pepper, garlic, and onion powder
  • Pour cold water slowly and mix them well
  • Cut the tofu
  • Cover them with seasoning tempura batter
  • Deep fry the tempura tofu
  • Dry the tempura tofu on kitchen paper

Prepare the dinner:
  • Place the Japanese rice with furikake on it
  • Arrange the tempura tofu
  • Then pour the sweet potato leaves the soup in a bowl. Add some fried shallots
  • Your dinner is ready!
