Hi, all of you, how are you today? Well, today I am going to share one of my kitchen recipes! It's pasta that cooks with oyster sauce and black pepper! Who's love pasta? Are you hungry? Let's check it out! ..😉

Ingredient:

  • 3 handful of pasta fusilli or enough for 2 people
  • 1 medium potato - cut it
  • 1/2 medium carrot - cut it
  • 1 leaf of kale
  • Some french bean - cut it
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 mushroom
  • 500 ml of water
  • Butter about 2 tbsp
  • 1 medium red onion - cut it
  • 1 medium of yellow onion - cut it
  • 15 ml of oyster sauce
  • 15 g of garlic and onion (spice blend)

  • 7 g of onion powder
  • 7 g of black pepper powder
  • 5 g of salt
  • 10 g of crushed red pepper oregano garlic
These are what you do:
  • Bring boil the fusilli for about 10 minutes. Take it out and drain it
  • Prepare the pan or small pot, add butter, red onion and yellow onion that you cut. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3-4 minutes

  • Add mushroom, pour oyster sauce. Stir them for about 5-7 minutes

  • Pour water, add carrot, potato, and french bean
  • Add spice blend, onion powder, black pepper powder, and crushed red pepper oregano garlic

  • Add fusilli. Stir them well, let it cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the potato and carrot tender

  • Add kale and cherry tomato, stir them for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove
  • Now dinner is ready!

  • You can eat this menu with another side dish such as tempura tempeh, tempura tofu, or patties. And don't forget to eat fruit!
  • This recipe is for 2-3 people

It's a  tasty and delicious dinner! We love it! You must try this recipe at home. You can add chicken or beef when you add mushroom. Or you can also add meatball or sausage! For me, as you know I can't eat meat, so I do not add chicken or beef.
