Dinner Idea: Yellow Japanese Rice, Boiled Egg, Mackerel, and Boiled Spinach

Hi, all of you, how you doing? I hope you are doing great! What we have here for dinner? It's an easy simply dinner idea that you would like! And tasty! Let's check it out! 😉👌

Ingredient:
  • 2 cups Japanese rice
  • About 440 ml of water
  • a handful of frozen veggie (carrot, peas, french bean, corn)
  • 2,5 g of turmeric
  • 2,5 g of garlic powder
  • 2,5 g of onion powder
  • 3 g of salt - I use low sodium salt
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 4 egg - low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • 2 cans of mackerel in tomato sauce - I use Tesco
  • 1 pack green spinach or about 150 g of spinach - cut it
These are what you do:
  • Boil the egg for about 25 minutes - for me I need to boil the egg for about 30-40 minutes
  • While you are boiling the egg, prepare the rice. Soak for about 20-30 minutes
  • Wash and pour 440 ml of water
  • Add turmeric, garlic, onion powder, and bay leaves. Mix them and cook in the rice cooker
  • Now boil the green spinach for about 2-3 minutes, take it out and drain
  • Warm the mackerel in a pan for about 2 minutes in medium-low flame. turn off the stove
  • Now everything is done! Dinner ready!
  • This recipe is for 3-4 people!
Arrange dinner:

  • Place the yellow rice first
  • Place the boiled egg, cut in half
  • Place mackerel
  • Now place some greeny (boiled green spinach) and some crackers. Don't forget to eat fruit!
