Dinner Idea: Onion Mushroom Pizza (Easy and Quick, No Knead)

Hi, all of you, how are you today? I hope you are doing fine and so is your family. Well, what we have today? Pizza! Today I am gonna share how to make easy and quick pizza. We don't have much time in the kitchen, so this is the result! Let's check it out! 🙂

1. Dough

Ingredient:
  • 200 g of self-raising flour
  • about 125 ml of water
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • 2-3 g of salt
These are what you do: 
  • Mix all of the ingredients, and take aside
2. Topping

Ingredient:
  • about 100 g of shiitake mushroom - cut it
  • a handful of sweet corn - I use frozen one
  • 1 medium red onion - cut it
  • 1 medium yellow onion - cut it
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 15 ml of oyster sauce
  • 2 g of salt
  • 2-3 g of onion powder
  • 2-3 g of garlic powder
  • 2-3 g of black pepper powder
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the pan, add butter, red onion, and yellow onion. Turn on the stove in medium-low flame, saute for about 3 minutes
  • Add corn, stir it for about 3-5 minutes
  • Add mushroom, garlic, onion, black pepper powder, and salt. Add oyster sauce, and saute for about 3-5 minutes
  • Turn off the stove and take aside
3. Making pizza

Note: need 60 ml of olive oil
  • Prepare the pan, turn on the stove on low flame
  • Wait until the pan warm, then pour 20 ml of olive oil. put half of the dough, shape the dough round, press it
  • Add a half of topping, add some cherry tomatoes or any kind tomatoes you have. Let it sit for about 3 minutes. Place some cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, or any kind cheese you have. turn off the stove

  • Pour 20 ml of olive oil on a tray. Place the pizza on it
  • Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes in 220 degrees
  • Make another pizza with half dough that left with the same step
  • Now pizza is ready, we have 2 pizza!
