Dinner Idea: Fried Egg Spaghetti and Spinach Soup

Weekend! Are you exciting and what are you planning for dinner tonight? What we have today? Today I am going to share one of my kitchen recipes. One of them is soup! I love green spinach soup. Simple, easy, yet tasty, I love it! Let's check it out!

1. Fried egg spaghetti

Ingredient:
  • about 190-200 g of spaghetti or just enough for 3 people - Don't use angel hair spaghetti
  • 1 big yellow onion - cut it
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • about 3-4 tbsp of butter
  • 2,5 g of garlic powder
  • 2,5 g of onion powder
  • 2-3 g of black pepper powder
  • 2,5 g of garlic&onion (spice blend)
  • about 20-25 ml of light-dark soy sauce - I use gluten-free
  • 2 or 3 egg - I use low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
These are what you do:
  • Bring to boil the spaghetti- read the instruction on the package. Drain it
  • Prepare the pan, add 15 ml of olive oil, add yellow onion that you cut, turn on the stove on medium flame. Saute for about 3 minutes
  • Add the egg, stir them quickly then add 15 ml of olive oil. Stir for about 2-4 minutes
  • Add the spaghetti, pour 15 ml of olive oil. Stir them
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce, and garlic&onion (spice blend). Add butter, stir them well for about 2-4 minutes. Turn off the stove
  • I don't need to add salt because the spice blend and soy sauce is contained salt. If you want more salty you can add 3 g of salt or add parmesan cheese
2. Green spinach soup

Ingredient:
  • 1 pack green spinach - about 150 g - cut and wash
  • a handful of frozen corn
  • 1/2 of medium carrot - cut it
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 800 ml of water
These are what you do:

  • Prepare a pot and pour water, add the chicken stock cube. Turn on the stove on medium flame
  • When it boils, turn the stove on medium-low flame
  • Add carrot and corn first. Let it cook for about 2 minutes or 3
  • Add spinach, let it cook for about 2-3 minutes
  • Add cherry tomatoes and turn off the stove
  • This soup recipe is for 3 people
Arrange dinner:
  • Place some fried egg spaghetti on a plate

  • Pour green spinach in a small bowl

  • Place fruit that you like, add some cracker if you want
  • I wish I could find tempeh and make fried tempeh to complete this dish, but unfortunately, nowadays is hard to find tempeh since because of the situation
  • Now dinner is ready
