Hi all of you, I am back! How are you today? I hope you are doing fine there. Well, what we have today for dinner? Salad! Yes, this is a very easy and quick recipe that you would like it. Let's check it out!

1. Crunchy salad

Ingredient:
  • 1 Japanese cucumber
  • 1/2 medium carrot
  • 1 small lettuce
  • Some cherry tomatoes
  • Some purple cabbage or 1 leaf

2. Baked potato with oregano

Ingredient:
  • 6-7 medium potatoes or 500 g - I use Australian potatoes
  • 3 g of all-purpose seasoning

  • 2g -2,5 g of salt - I use low sodium salt
  • 20 ml of olive oil
These are what you do:
  • Washed and peeled the potatoes. Cut them into bite-size or just cut as you wish
  • Pour olive oil on the tray, place the potatoes on it
  • Add all-purpose seasoning and salt, mix them well
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes in 250 degrees
  • Baked potatoes is ready
3. Onion Egg

Ingredient:
  • 4 egg - I use low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • 1 g of salt - using low sodium salt
  • 2-3 g of black pepper powder
  • Some celery - Cut them
  • 20 - 30 ml of olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion - cut into thin-slice or fine chop
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the pan, pour the olive oil. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame
  • Add red onion, saute for about 3 minutes
  • Add the egg (crack them before), add salt, add black pepper powder, and celery. Stir them well. If you like a wet egg then just stir for about a few seconds. However, I like to cook my egg for about 2-3 minutes
  • Now onion egg is ready!
4. Prepare dinner
  • Place crunchy salad first
  • Place baked potato with oregano
  • Place onion egg
  • Don't forget to eat fruit
  • Now dinner is ready!
  • This recipe is for 3 people

5. Bonus: Turmeric tea or herbal tea

Ingredient:
  • 2,5 g of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 of tbsp of tamarind
  • 1/2 of lemon - squeeze it until the juice come out
  • 4 - 6 g of stevia
  • 200 ml of hot water
  • 300 ml of cool water
These are what you do: Add turmeric, tamarind, lemon juice, and the sweeter or stevia into the glass. Pour hot water first, stir it. Pour cool water and stir again. Ready to drink! This herbal tea is for 2 people.
