It's Friday! How are you today? Hmm, what we have today for dinner? Here is the idea: easy, simple, tasty, yet healthy! And in this article, I am gonna share this recipe with all of you. Let's rock!

1. Fried mashed tofu with dried bonito flakes

Ingredient:
  • 200 g white tofu
  • 1 low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • About 5-7 g of dried bonito flakes
  • 30 - 40 g of tempura batter
  • 5 g of low sodium salt
  • 10 g of spice blend (that contain garlic, onion, and turmeric)
  • 1 stalk of celery - cut it
  • About 300 - 400 ml of canola oil
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the bowl, place tofu and mash it with ladle, pastel or anything you have at the kitchen
  • Add tempura batter, dried bonito flakes, egg, celery, salt, and spice blend. Mix them together

  • Prepare the pan, pour canola oil. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame
  • Once when the oil hot, scoop the mixture with a small ladle, put it on the pan, and press a little bit. Repeat it

  • Fry until golden brown or until both sides golden brown. Turn off the stove

  • Take them out and place on the kitchen towel
2. Red spinach soup

Ingredient:
  • 1 pack of spinach - about 100 g
  • 5 g spice blend (contain garlic, onion, and turmeric)
  • 3-4 g of low sodium salt - You can add more salt if you want saltier
  • 800 ml of water
These are what you do:
  • Wash and cut the red spinach
  • Prepare a pot, pour the water. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Bring to boil
  • Add salt, spice blend, and mix them
  • Add red spinach. mix them well. Cook the spinach for about 2-3 minutes
  • Turn off the stove. You can add corn if you like it. If you want to add corn you have to add corn first after boiling water. Cook the corn for about 3 minutes or until the corn is cooked. Then add spinach
3. Prepare dinner
  • Place Japanese white rice. Add furikake on top of it. Then give it final touch with cherry tomato and celery

  • Place fried mashed tofu with dried bonito flakes
  • Pour the red spinach soup in a bowl
  • Don't forget to eat fruit!
  • Dinner is ready!
