Hi, all of you! Today I  am going to share one of our favorite menus, it is black pepper fried noodle with veggie and prawn! Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • Claypot noodle about 150 g or 2 portion
  • 1 low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • About 100-130 g of frozen prawn
  • 6 cloves of garlic - peeled and cut them
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of black pepper sauce
  • 4 shiitake mushroom or about 100 g - Cut them
  • 1 leaf of cabbage - cut as you wish
  • 2 leaves of kale - cut as you wish
  • 1/2 red paprika - cut as you wish
  • some of the cherry tomatoes
  • Some of the green peas
  • 1 stalk of celery - cut it
These are what you do:
  • Boil claypot noodle for about 2-3 minutes. Take out and drain
  • Prepare the pan, add garlic, and 10 ml of olive oil. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3 minutes

  • Add prawn, stir them well. Let it sit for about 7-10 minutes or until the water is gone

  • Crack the egg and pour it into the pan. Quick stir it and mix with the prawn

  • Add boiled noodles and black pepper sauce. Pour the 20 ml of olive oil. Stir them for about 5 minutes

  • Add all of the vegetables. Pour 20 ml of olive oil, stir them for about 5 minutes

  • Add celery, stir again for about 2-3 minutes. Turn off the stove

  • Now dinner is ready!
Arrange your dinner:
  • Take a plate, place black pepper fried noodle with veggie and prawn
  • Don't forget to eat fruit!
  • Enjoy your dinner!
