Hi, all of you, well, well...looks like we have a cooking cream theme this week 🙂 What we have today? It is tofu that cooked with cooking cream. Nowadays, I am trying to use lesser coconut milk. Let's check it out!
Ingredient:
- 3 pieces of white tofu - about 150 g tofu. Cut them in dice
- 1/2 pack of green spinach - cut as you wish
- About 75 g dried prawn or 2 handful
- 30 g of the spice blend
- 5 cloves of garlic - chopped it
- 3 g of coriander powder

- 2-3 g of turmeric powder
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- 400 ml of water
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2-3 of bay leaves
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 7 g of crushed red chili - this is optional
These are what you do:
- Prepare the pan, pour olive oil, and add garlic. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3 minutes
- Add tofu, mix together. Let is sit for about 3-5 minutes. Then slowly mix them
- Pour cooking cream and water
- Add spice blend, coriander powder, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, and crush red chili
- Add dried prawn and bring to boil. While it is boiling mix them and let it sit for 3 minutes

- Add spinach and stir them. Let it sit for another 3 minutes then turn off the stove
