Hi all of you, how you doing? Well, well, what we have today for dinner? Fried rice, isn't it? Yes! This is simple, easy, yet tasty! And, there are tons of vegetables, it means a healthy dinner! Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • 4 portion of white rice - Like always I would like to choose Japanese rice - How to cook Japanese rice is in my book!
  • About 200 g of prawn - I choose frozen prawn
  • 1 leaf of kale - cut as you wish
  • a handful of broccoli
  • 4 shiitake mushroom - cut as you wish

  • 2 leaves of cabbage
  • 1/2 of medium carrot - finely cut
  • 2 baby corn
  • Some green peas
  • 2 french bean - cut as you wish
  • 1 big tomato - cut as you wish
  • 5 tbsp of black pepper sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 15 ml of oyster sauce
These are what you do:

  • Prepare the pan, pour olive oil, and add garlic that you chopped. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute garlic for about 3 minutes 
  • Add prawn, stir for about 3 minutes, and pour oyster sauce. Mix them together, let it sit for about 7-10 minutes or until the water is gone. Note: frozen prawn contain water with it and I need to bring my prawn dry and tasty
  • Add the rice, stir for about 3 minutes
  • Add half of the vegetables, add a half of black pepper sauce. Stir them for about 2-3 minutes. Note: do not add tomato in this part
  • Add the rest of your vegetables (including the tomato), and add another half of black pepper sauce. Stir them for about 5 minutes or give it another 3 minutes then turn off the stove
Arrange your dinner:
  • Place fried rice on the plate
  • And don't forget to eat fruit!
  • Dinner is served!
