Wow, what is that? Today I am gonna share one of our favorite menus, it is about tempeh! Back then in Indonesia, people used to cook this kind of menu with coconut milk. But, I got an idea to substitute coconut milk with cooking cream. Let's check it out!

- 2-3 g of coriander powder
- 2-4 g of turmeric powder
- 3-5 g of paprika powder
- Optional, 5-7 g of crushed chili
- 4 cloves of garlic - cut as you wish
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 400 ml of water
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- About 4 g of low sodium salt
These are what you do:
- Prepare the pan, pour 2 tbsp olive oil, and add garlic. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute for about 3 minutes

- Pour cooking cream and water. Add green chili that you cut, bay leaves, lemongrass, garlic powder, onion, coriander, turmeric, paprika, crushed chili. Mix them well. Bring to boil
- When it starts boiling, mix them again, and taste it. Then you can add salt. Note: Dried prawn usually contains salt. So this is important that you have to taste it first before adding salt. Let it sit for about 3-5 minutes then stir them and turn off the stove
