Hi, what a bright sunny day today here, how are you? What, curry again? Yes, I love Japanese curry 😊 I would love to share on how I cook Japanese curry using many vegetables. Let's take a look!

1. Make Japanese curry

Ingredient:

  • 3 block Japanese curry sauce 
  • 4 young corn
  • 1 carrot - cut it
  • 1 onion - Cut it
  • 800 ml of water
  • Butter
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the pan first. Add butter and onion that you cut and turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute about 3-4 minutes

  • Pour the water, add carrot, and young corn. Bring to boil
  • Add the sauce. Stir them until the sauce blend well or perfectly
  • When the sauce blend well, let it cook for about 7-10 minutes then turn off the stove
  • Now the curry is ready and 4 serving or enough for 4 people
2. Make the omelette
  • 3 egg - I use low cholesterol egg or carrot egg
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • 2,5 g - 3 g of salt
  • Chives about 3 g
  • 2,5 - 3 g of onion powder
  • 1 g of black pepper powder
These are what you do:
  • Crack the egg and pour them in a bowl
  • Add salt, onion powder, chives, black pepper powder. Mix them well
  • Prepare the pan and turn on the stove on medium-low flame
  • When the pan warm, pour 15 ml of olive oil

  • Pour the seasoning egg into the pan. Do not all pour in it because we make a thin omelette and 3 omelettes..

  • Wait for a few seconds, roll it, and take it out

  • Make another omelette, pour the olive oil (15 ml ). Pour the seasoning egg, wait for a few seconds, roll it, and take it out

  • Make the last omelette in the same way as others
  • Now the omelette is ready. Yes, this is served for 3 people
3. Boiled potatoes

This is an easy part to prepare dinner. You just boil the potatoes for about 15 - 20 minutes. For me, I just steam them. Usually, I would love to choose Australian potatoes, sometimes red potatoes. At home, 7 potatoes are enough for 2 people.

4. Prepare dinner

  • Place boiled potatoes first, cut into two
  • Place the omelette
  • Now pour the Japanese curry
  • Put some celery or parsley on top of it if you have it at home
  • Dinner is ready
  • Don't forget to eat fruit!
