Hi all of you, how are you today? I hope you are doing fine and so is your family. So, what we have today? Chicken soup! Yes, today I am going to share one of my kitchen recipes, it's chicken soup. Do you like it? Let's check it out!

Ingredient:
  • 300 g of chicken breast - I use boneless and skinless chicken breast

  • 100 g - 150 g of beansprout
  • 1 carrot - cut it
  • 2 leaves of purple cabbage
  • 2 stalk of lemongrass
  • 10 g of black pepper powder
  • 20 g of garlic and onion (spice blends)
  • 20 g of onion powder
  • 15-20 g of salt
  • 2-3 g of coriander seed powder
  • 2 bay leaves

  • Butter
  • 1 big yellow onion
  • Spring onion - a small amount
  • 1.500 ml of water
  • 1/2 of lime - cut it
These are what you do:
  • Prepare you pan and turn on the stove on medium-low flame
  • Add butter and onion. Saute about 3 minutes

  • Pour water, add lemongrass. Wash and cut the chicken meat and add into the pan

  • Add black pepper, onion, garlic&onion powder. Add salt, coriander seed powder, and bay leaves

  • Cook the broth  for about 20 minutes

  • In the 5th minute, you add the carrot. Cook the carrot with the broth for about 3 minutes then take out the carrot and take aside
  • Take out some chicken meat in the 10th minute, then fry them in canola oil

  • After 20 minutes, turn off the stove
  • Now, soak the bean sprout in the warm water for about 3 minutes
  • Cut the purple cabbage and the lime
Arrange the chicken soup:
  • Cut the boiled carrot and place it on the plate
  • Place some bean sprout and cabbage
  • Add cherry tomatoes
  • Cut the fried chicken meat and sprinkle them on it

  • When you ready to eat, pour the broth and pour lime juice when you ready to eat. Give some spring onion on top of it

  • Serve with some tempura tempeh or fried tofu
  • You can eat this chicken soup with glass noodle or some Japanese rice
  • Don't forget to eat fruit!
