Oh, sounds weird… Open-mouthed smile And I think it’s a weird name too. There is not really, really orange fruit inside. The “orange” means, seasoning color (tomato and yellow ginger). So let’s check out this recipe from my kitchen! Be right back

Seasoning :
  • 6 cloves of shallot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ttsp coriander
  • 2 cm yellow ginger
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 candlenut
Mash all of these seasonings!

Additional seasoning :
  • 2 cm ginger (Zingiber Officinale)
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 - 1 ttsp seedless tamarind
  • Add salt as you like
Ingredients :
  • 200-gram long bean (cut as you like)
  • 6 sausages (cut as you like)
  • 2 tsp canola oil to saute seasonings
  • 100 ml of water
These are what you do guys…
  • Heat oil in medium flame. Add seasoning that you mashed, galangal, ginger, and bay leaves. Saute them about 3 minutes
  • Add sausage, and pour water. Mix them well about 5-10 minutes or until the water absorbs
  • And then, add long bean, salt, and seedless tamarind. Stir them well about 5 minutes
  • The last…serve it Open-mouthed smile
Sounds great, right??… with seedless tamarind you’ll find another taste Smile
