Chicken Heart Coconut Cream Soup
I don’t like chicken even meat. But I cook chicken or meat many times for my lovely husband. Yesterday I cooked chicken heart guys… Do you want to know about this menu?? Or are you cooking chicken heart sometimes?? So, this is my recipe from my kitchen, check this out!!
Seasoning :
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Add chili as you like
- 2 candle nuts
- 3-4 cm bulb of yellow ginger
Mash all of these seasonings!
Additional seasonings :
- 8 lime leaves (cut as you like)
- Salt (add salt as you like)
- 2 big green chilies (cut as you like)
- 2 cm bulb of ginger (Zingiber Officinale)
Ingredients :
- 1kg chicken heart
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 L water
- little a bit butter (to saute seasonings)
These are what you do guys…
- Heat a butter in medium flame. Add seasonings that you mashed, ginger (Zingiber Officinale). Saute them about 3 minutes
- Add chicken heart, lime leaves, and big green chili. Stir them well about 10 minutes
- Pour water, let it boil.
- Pour coconut cream, add salt, stir them well. And let it fully cooked about 15-20 minutes
- The last, serve this menu. I serve this menu with boiled spinach
