Hi, here we are again, welcome to my other recipe! What we have today for dinner? Yes, tempura again! Let's check it out! 😉

1. Tempura grouper

Ingredient: 
  • 250 g of grouper - I choose frozen grouper fillet (4 pieces)
  • 30-40 ml of soy sauce

  • 2-4 g of paprika
  • 2-3 g of garlic powder
  • 2-3 g onion powder
  • 1-2 g of ginger powder
  • About 80 g of potato starch
  • About 300 - 400 ml of canola oil
These are what you do:
  • Prepare the bowl, pour soy sauce, add onion powder, garlic, paprika, ginger. Mix them well
  • Wash the grouper with warm water, and place them into the seasoning. Mix them well, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes
  • Now take one by one the grouper and cover it with potato starch

  • Prepare the pan and pour about 300 ml of canola oil. Turn on the stove on medium flame. Fry the grouper until golden brown. Turn off the stove

  • Tempura grouper is ready!
2. Boiled purple carrot & french bean

Ingredient:
  • 1 purple carrot - cut as you wish
  • 1 pack of french bean
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 500 ml of water
These are what you:
  • Bring to boil the water, add the chicken stock cube
  • Add the french bean, boil for about 2 minutes, take them out, and drain
  • Boil purple carrot for about a few seconds. Or you don't need to boil this carrot at all
  • Now the veggie is ready
3. Fried cheese tofu and Japanese rice
  • This is an easy part, I just buy a pack of cheese tofu and fry cheese tofu until golden brown
  • Like always, I cook Japanese rice with my cooker
4. Arrange your dinner

  • Place Japanese rice first
  • Take one tempura grouper, cut it, and place it
  • Place some or 2 fried cheese tofu
  • Place purple carrot and french bean
  • Cut some cherry tomato and place them
  • Now dinner is ready! Don't forget to eat fruit!
