Hi, welcome to another article. How you doing? I hope you are doing great! Well, well, what a full plate? Today I am gonna share an easier dinner meal for everyone. Yes, everyone can master at home. Even if you are not an expert but you can cook this menu for your family. It's great and tasty! So, let's check it out! 😉

Ingredient:
  • Fusilli - usually one person is about 75 g

  • 2 cans of mackerel in tomato sauce - I would like to choose Tesco Mackerel in tomato sauce

  • Zucchini - I use frozen one and take a handful or just enough for 2 people

  • 2 low cholesterol eggs or carrot egg
  • Edamame - I would like to choose frozen one - take some or handful
These are what you do:
  • Boil fusilli for about 10-12 minutes. Take out and drain
  • Boil frozen zucchini for about 5-6 minutes - take out and drain
  • Boil the egg for about 20-25 minutes. For me, I like to boil my egg for about 30-45 minutes
  • Warm the mackerel in tomato sauce in a pan for about 2 minutes
  • Now soak edamame in hot water for about 4-5 minutes
  • Everything is done and ready!
Arrange dinner:

  • Place fusilli first, and place mackerel in tomato sauce on it. Then add some edamame on it
  • Place boiled zucchini and add black pepper powder or mix it with paprika powder
  • Place boiled egg, cut into half 
  • Place some cherry tomato
  • Do not forget to eat fruit!

Easy peasy, right? While you are preparing dinner, you can do household works or household chores for example set up the dining table, sweeping, etc. We like this menu, furthermore, it becomes one of our favorite menus on the table.
