Hi, welcome back to another article. Today I am going to share the easier meal dinner prep! Are you exciting? So, what we have today for dinner? Let's check it out! 😉

Ingredient:
  • Tilapia kabayaki - 1 pack is 1 slice. If you read my other article that talks about saba kabayaki then this is tilapia kabayaki. Usually, we buy this from grocery stores nearby.
  • Handful corn, frozen one - or just enough for 2 serving
  • Handful frozen veggie - or just enough for 2 serving
  • Of course Japanese rice and furikake
These are what you do:
  • Bake the tilapia kabayaki for about 20-25 minutes - or read the instruction on the packaging
  • Steam corn and mix veggie using the steamer. For me, I cook the Japanese rice, corn, and mix veggie at the same time by using my multifunction cooker. The detail on how to cook Japanese rice is in my book.

  • And everything done in no time. We can do it while we are cleaning the house or do another household chores 🤞😉
  • Arrange dinner: Place the Japanese rice first, add furikake on top of it. Cut some cherry tomato and place them. Place the baked tilapia kabayaki, steamed corn and mix veggie, and do not forget to eat fruit!

Quick, easy, simple, yet tasty! And we are still eating healthy food. I would like to eat this menu rather than dining out. Yes, dining out is not my lifestyle because I don't know what the ingredient they use or how they cook the foods. Thank you for reading my article, stay healthy, and take care! Bye! 🖐😘
