Hi all of you, how you doing? Welcome back to another recipe. Today I am gonna share an easy and simple dinner idea recipe that everyone can master. And you will be surprised because it tastes good and of course this meal is more healthy rather than you eat junk food. Are you exciting? Let's check it out! 😉

1. Spicy couscous

Ingredient:
  • 40 g of couscous - 1 person
  • about 65-70 ml of hot water
  • 1 g of low sodium salt
  • 2 g of crushed red pepper
These are what you do:
  • Place couscous in a bowl
  • Add salt and crushed red pepper
  • Pour hot water and let it sit until the water fully absorb then stir it
  • Now spicy couscous is ready
2. Nori omelette

Ingredient:
  • 1 nori - nori is Japanese roasted seaweed
  • 2 low cholesterol eggs
  • 1 g of low sodium salt
  • 2 g of onion powder
  • 1-2 g of garlic powder
  • 1-2 g of black pepper powder
  • 200 ml of canola oil
These are what you do:
  • Crack the eggs and put into a bowl
  • Add garlic, onion, and black pepper powder. Add salt then mix them well
  • Prepare the pan, pour canola oil and turn on the stove on medium-low flame
  • Wait for a few seconds or until the oil warm then pour the seasoned egg
  • Place nori on it, wait for a few seconds then fold the omelette
  • Flip the omelette wait for a few seconds and turn off the stove
  • Now nori omelette is ready
3. Boiled red spinach & green peas

Ingredient:
  • about 40- 50 g of red spinach
  • 3 pieces of green peas
  • Water to boil the veggie, about 500 ml
These are what you do:
  • Wash and cut your red spinach
  • Prepare the pot and pour water in it
  • Turn on the stove on medium-low flame, bring to a boil
  • Add red spinach, boil for about 2 minutes, take out and drain
  • Now boil the green peas for about 2 minutes, take out and drain. Turn off the stove
4. Arrange dinner

  • Place spicy couscous first
  • Cut the omelette and place on the plate with spicy couscous
  • Arrange boiled red spinach & green peas
  • Cut tomato into thin slices, place it
  • Don't forget to eat fruit!
  • If you want another style, you can substitute spicy couscous with Japanese rice
