I love veggie soup, how about you? I hope you like veggie soup too. I found beetroot mee sua at the grocery. And I think it is good to cook it with vegetables. What exactly mee sua ? Mee sua is some kind of salted noodles made from wheat flour. Who's like soup? I love soup especially veggies soup. I like any kind of veggies. How about you? Well, today I am gonna share one of our dinner idea from my kitchen. It's simple cooking yet tasty, like always. I know, it looks like bean, and bean today... 😁 But you have to know, tempeh is one of the probiotic food sources, am I right? And the rainbow veggies are carotenoids food sources. So, eating all of these kinds of food sources would support your immune system.  Let's check it out! 😊 Ingredient: 1 pack (250 g) of Tesco wheatberries, quinoa, and mung beans 1/2 pack of tempeh  or 100 gram of tempeh - cut it 3 small block of tofu - 1 tofu for the soup and two other for the fried tofu  50 - 75 ml of water 2 g salt  or add salt as you like - this salt is for the fried tempeh and tofu 2 g of onion powder - this is for the fried tempeh and tofu 2 g of garlic powder - this is for th

I am happy that I have time to share another menu idea for the lunch box. Like always, it's easy cooking yet tasty. Let's check it out! 😉 Ingredient: 50 - 60 gram of couscous - I use Tesco couscous 1/2 of chicken stock 170 ml of water 1 - 2 gram of coriander leaf - I use Tesco coriander leaf 3 cloves of garlic pinch of salt 1-2 gram of garlic powder 1 - 2 gram of onion powder 1 gram of black pepper powder 100 ml of water 2 egg - I use low cholesterol egg cherry tomatoes Some of cabbage 1/2 carrot - cut it Some broccoli Kale - cut it Butter These are what you do: Bring boil 170 ml of water and add chicken stock Pour the boiling water into couscous - Let's the water absorb then add coriander leaf and mix it Add butter and garlic in a pan. Turn on the stove on medium-low flame. Saute about 3 minutes

Today I am gonna share one of our favorite menus for dinner. As you know I am not vegetarian but I can't eat meat. Also, I can't eat seafood such as crab, too many prawns, etc...
