Who's like salad? And I combine it with veggie fritters. This is easy and simple cooking. Veggie, and veggie... yes today is about the vegetable! As you know I am not a vegetarian but I can't eat meat. So most of my food is vegetables. Let's check it out! Today I am going to share one of our favourite lunch box menus, it's soba. But special today is the omelette because I add nori inside the omelette. Let's check it out! Ingredient: Soba - 1 portion 1 pack red spinach - cut it 2 eggs - low cholesterol egg 1 nori Some carrot Green peas and cherry tomatoes Soba sauce Celery - just some celery for the omelette pinch of salt 1/4 ttsp of garlic powder 1/4 ttsp of onion powder 1/4 of crushed red pepper These are what you do: Boil the soba for about 5 minutes then drain it Crack the egg in a bowl Add celery, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Mix them well Pour canola oil about 2-4 spoons in a pan Turn on the stove on medium-low flame Pour the egg on the pan. Wait for a few seconds then flip it Place the

Today we have good weather in Singapore.  So, what are you planning for this weekend? Well, this is a recipe or dinner idea for today, pasta and veggie fritters. Sounds good, huh? Let's check it out! 😉 Ingredient: Pasta - I choose spaghetti angle hair for 2 person  a handful of purple cabbage a handful of carrot - cut the carrot first Some celery - cut it (for veggie fritters) 4 spoons of tempura batter Broccoli Carrot - long cut Green peas Japanese sesame dressing Furikake - Bonito flavor 100 ml of cool water 1 ttsp of crushed red pepper 1 ttsp of onion powder 1/2 - 1 of garlic powder 1/2 of turmeric powder 1/ 2 ttsp of coriander powder 5 gram of salt - or add salt as you like  Canola oil - 100 - 200 ml  These are what you do: Photographe

Because we have the situation about COVID-19, please...don't panic, stay alert but don't anxious 👍 So, what we have this weekend? Well, I am going to share the pasta recipe from my kitchen recipe. It's easy yet tasty. Let's rock! 😉 Ingredient: 200 gram of prawn - I would like to choose clean prawn (no head and tail) Spaghetti angle hair - 2 portion 1 pack spinach Some carrot - just enough for 2 portion Cherry tomatoes Celery 4-5 cloves of garlic - chop it Butter 3-4 spoons of black pepper sauce These are what you do: Boil the pasta about 2 minutes, and drain it Turn on the stove in medium flame. Well, well, today we have good weather, a little bit cool down here. So, what we have here.. Omelette again, and again... We love egg 😊 Boiled egg, omelette, everything sounds good to us! Today I would like to share a new recipe from my kitchen. It's baked braised tempeh. This is a new recipe in my kitchen. I hadn't cooked this one before. But the result is pawsome! We love it! And we like to add this dish with curly potatoes and soup. Let's check it out! 😉 Ingredient: 200 g of tempeh 1 chicken stock cube 2 bay leaves 2,5 - 3 g of turmeric 2 spoon of olive oil 700 ml of water These are what you do: Pour water in a pot. Well, today I am gonna share our lunch idea. It's simple yet tasty and you would like it. Let's check it out! 😉 Ingredient: 4 eggs - I like to use carrot egg or low cholesterol egg 100 gram of french beans, or just take for 2 person Some carrot - enough for 2 person 1 young corn - cut it Tesco Hash browns Olive oil - about 1 or 2 spoons 1 ttsp of garlic powder 1 ttsp of onion powder 1 ttsp of black pepper (add it if you like) These are what you do: Boil the eggs for about 20 minutes, or 40 minutes Arrange the french beans, corn, and carrot in a tray Add onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper powder Pour the olive oil Mix them well Put in the oven for about 5 minutes in 170 degrees.
