And today I would like to share with you one of our favorite menus, Fried fish. Yes, possibly become lunch box menu, because of it great and tasty fish. This is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let”s rock! Ingredient: 1/2 kg fishes. I chose mackerel fish. Clean and wash them 4 cloves of garlic 6 cloves of shallot coriander about 1 ttsp dried basil leaves. How you doing? Well, today I would love to share our favorite menu. This is a simple menu, easy to cook and prepare, and of course tasty and healthy foods! Let’s rock! Ingredient: Of course, you need salmon. I would like to choose Tasmanian salmon. But it doesn’t matter what kind of salmon you choose. Lettuce Green peas Tomato You can add another vegetable like broccoli, asparagus. 1/2 ttsp of Salt. Or add as you like. I use low sodium salt. 1 ttsp of Pepper and Garlic powder. Or add pepper and garlic as you like Dressing. This is my favorite dressing, Japanese dressing. This is one of our favorite menus at home. And this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s check it out Ingredient: 2 portions of white rice. Like always, we use Calrose rice 2 eggs. I would prefer carrot egg 1 ttsp of salt. Well, if you like salty, you can add more salt. I used to cook with low sodium salt 2-3 tsp of garlic and paper powder 1 handful of anchovies. Wash before cooking 1 slice of salted fish. Cut it into small pieces Bell pepper. I cook with 1/2 of red bell pepper and 1/2 of yellow bell pepper. Cut it as you like Cabbage to complete the fried rice. Today I would love to share our lunch box menu recipe from my kitchen recipe. Yes, it is fried rice again, and…egg again… Well, we like to eat an egg every day. And today I create an egg with bell pepper. That sounds great, right? Let’s check it out Ingredient: White rice for 2 people. Yes, it’s Monday…are you bringing a lunch box for lunch? It’s good to bring our own lunch because looks healthy. Well, this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s rock! Ingredient: 3 eggs ( I use carrot egg) 2 sausage (cut as you like) Spinach Frozen vegetables Lettuce 2 Cloves of shallots Spring onion leaves (cut as you like) 1/2 ttsp of salt for making scrambled egg 1/2 ttsp of salt to give taste your spinach Multi-purpose seasoning 1 tsp of butter to fry a scrambled egg 1/2 tsp of butter to saute spinach Canola oil to fry sausage These are what you do: 1. Well, today I would love to share a lunch box menu. I think it is good to bring our own food for lunch at the office. Because we know what the ingredient in it and food processing. This is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s check it out Ingredient: 200-gram boneless chicken breast, cut in dice or just cut your chicken breast as you like 5 potatoes (you can choose red potatoes or yellow potatoes) Red Spinach Lettuce Tempeh, we just need 4-6 slice of tempeh 3 Tsp of black pepper sauce 1/2 Ttsp of salt (add salt as you like). Well, actually my husband doesn’t like eggplant. So, I have to try cooking this vegetable with another spicy. Let’s take a look, this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Ingredient: 3-4 Small of eggplant or 1-2 big eggplant (cut in dice or as you like) and wash them 5-8 Meatball (cut in small size or cut it as you like) 100 ml of water 1/2 Yellow onion (large one), cut in a slice or thin size 2 Tbs Black Pepper Sauce Salt (about 1/2 Ttsp or add salt as you like) Little a bit butter to saute the yellow onion These are what you do: Heat the stove on medium flame, and add butter on the pan Add yellow onion, saute with butter about 3-4 minutes or until fragrant Add meatball, mix them well about 3-5 minutes Add eggplant, then mix them together Add black
