Hi, how are you today? Well today I would love to share about lunch box menu. This time I cooked fried rice. Let’s check it out!

Ingredient:

  • White rice, I use Calrose rice. For 2 person
  • 1 handful of anchovies, wash before cook
  • Frozen vegetables about 4 tsp
  • 1 yellow union, chop or cut it
  • 3 eggs, I use carrot egg
  • 3 frozen nori chicken
  • Spring onion leaves, cut it
  • Lettuce
  • Cabbage, cut as you like to complete fried rice menu
  • Carrot, cut as you like to complete fried rice menu
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 ttsp of salt, add as you like
  • 1 ttsp of salt for fried rice, add as you like
  • 1-2 tsp of Garlic pepper powder seasoning for fried rice
  • 1/2 ttsp of garlic pepper powder seasoning for omelette
  • 2 tsp of butter for fry rice
  • Enough canola oil for fry nori chicken

These are what you do:

1. Veggie Fried Rice

  • Heat butter on medium flame
  • Add yellow onion, saute it about 1-3 minutes
  • Add anchovies, stir them about 1-3 minutes
  • Add forzen vegetables, stir them about 2 minutes
  • Put white rice, stir them all
  • Add salt, and garlic pepper powder seasoning, stir them. Don’t stop to stir until fully cooked about 5-10 minutes
  • Take aside

2. Omelette With Garlic Pepper

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl
  • Add salt, spring onion leaves, and garlic pepper powder seasoning, mix them
  • Heat Canola oil on medium flame
  • Fry the egg until fully cooked
  • Take aside, and put omelette on kitchen towel or kitchen paper
  • Then fry nori chicken until fully cooked
  • Take aside and put nori chicken on kitchen towel or kitchen paper

How to prepare lunch box:

  • Put Fried rice first
  • Place lettuce, and put nori chicken on it
  • Then add omelette
  • The other side put cabbage and add carrot on it
  • Add cherry tomatoes
  • It’s done! Don’t forget to bring your fruit to complete your lunch box. This time I add Yellow water melon
