Lunch Box Menu: Chicken Black Pepper Sauce and Boiled Potatoes

Hi all of you, how are you doing? Well, today I would love to share a lunch box menu. I think it is good to bring our own food for lunch at the office. Because we know what the ingredient in it and food processing. This is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s check it out Be right back
Ingredient:
  • 200-gram boneless chicken breast, cut in dice or just cut your chicken breast as you like
  • 5 potatoes (you can choose red potatoes or yellow potatoes)
  • Red Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Tempeh, we just need 4-6 slice of tempeh
  • 3 Tsp of black pepper sauce
  • 1/2 Ttsp of salt (add salt as you like). I use low sodium salt for Chicken Black Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 yellow big onion, chop it or cut as you  like
  • 1/2 to 1 Tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp of salt (I use sodium salt) for Fried tempeh
  • 200-300 ml of water to cook chicken breast black pepper sauce
  • 200-300 ml of water to cook fried tempeh
  • Canola oil to fry tempeh or you can use butter to fry tempeh
  • little a bit butter to saute onion, about 1 Tsp of butter
These are what you do:
1. Chicken Black Pepper Sauce
  • Heat the butter on medium flame. Add onion, saute until fragrant about 3 minutes
  • Add the chicken, saute them and mix them well for about 5 – 7 minutes
  • Add black pepper sauce, and salt. Stir them well
  • Pour water, mix them and don’t stop to stir them until fully cooked or until the water has gone
  • Take aside
2. Fried Tempeh
  • Pour water in a bowl.
  • Add salt and garlic powder, mix them
  • Put tempeh and cover with salt and garlic powder water
  • Heat canola oil or butter on medium flame. Just pour enough canola oil, don’t get your tempeh swimming
  • Put tempeh on a pan in a row, fry this tempeh until fully cooked
  • Take a side, and put fried tempeh on a kitchen towel, so the oil excess is gone.
3. Boil Potatoes and Spinach

The last, you just boil potatoes and spinach to complete your lunch box. You can choose the red spinach. But it depends on you if you want a green spinach that fine.

How to prepare:
  • Put lettuce (wash before use) on the bottom of your lunch box
  • Put boiled potatoes on this lettuce. You can cut these boiled potatoes
  • Put lettuce again, then put fried tempeh on it
  • The others side put chicken black pepper sauce and boiled spinach
  • It’s done! Don’t forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box. This time I chose an orange
