Hi all of you, how you doing? Well, today I would love to share our lovely and tasty foods. This is one of our favorite menus at home. And this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s check it out Be right back

Ingredient:
  • 2 portions of white rice. Like always, we use Calrose rice
  • 2 eggs. I would prefer carrot egg
  • 1 ttsp of salt. Well, if you like salty, you can add more salt. I used to cook with low sodium salt
  • 2-3 tsp of garlic and paper powder
  • 1 handful of anchovies. Wash before cooking
  • 1 slice of salted fish. Cut it into small pieces
  • Bell pepper. I cook with 1/2 of red bell pepper and 1/2 of yellow bell pepper. Cut it as you like
  • Cabbage to complete the fried rice. Cut as you like
  • Cherry tomato, 1 or 2 cherry tomatoes
  • Bok choy, 1/2 pack of bok choy
  • 2-3 tsp of butter to saute the yellow onion
  • Canola oil to fry an egg
  • 1/2 of yellow onion, cut it as you  like
These are what you do:

  • Heat butter on medium flame. Add yellow onion and saute them about 3-5 minutes
  • Add anchovies and salted fish, stir them about 3-5 minutes
  • Add bell pepper, stir them about 3-5 minutes
  • Add white rice. Mix them and don’t stop to stir them
  • Add salt, garlic and black pepper powder. mix them well and don’t stop to stir. About 5-10 minutes
  • Add bok choy, mix them together. And stir again about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked
  • Take aside
  • Now we cook a fried egg. Pour enough canola oil on medium flame. Don’t let your egg swimming. Just enough canola oil on a pan
  • Crack the eggs, and fry them
  • Don’t forget to add little a bit of salt or garlic pepper powder to give a taste of fried egg
  • Take aside and place a fried egg on a kitchen towel or kitchen paper
  • It’s done!
  • Prepare veggie fried rice on a plate with a fried egg, cabbage, and cherry tomato
Looks great and tasty, right? We love this menu and prefer to cook at home rather than buy fried rice outside. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s rock!Smile
