Hi all of you, long time no see…! How you doing? Well, today I would love to share our favorite menu. This is a simple menu, easy to cook and prepare, and of course tasty and healthy foods! Let’s rock! Winking smile

Ingredient:
  • Of course, you need salmon. I would like to choose Tasmanian salmon. But it doesn’t matter what kind of salmon you choose.
  • Lettuce
  • Green peas
  • Tomato
  • You can add another vegetable like broccoli, asparagus.
  • 1/2 ttsp of Salt. Or add as you like. I use low sodium salt.
  • 1 ttsp of Pepper and Garlic powder. Or add pepper and garlic as you like
  • Dressing. This is my favorite dressing, Japanese dressing. It is Onion dressing with garlic

These are what you do:
  • Prepare your salmon first. Wash before cook
  • Cover salmon with salt
  • Then cover with pepper and garlic powder
  • Bake salmon for about 20 minutes in the oven with 250 degrees. I bake my salmon without foil. And I always add 15 minutes to bake salmon
  • Done, take aside
  • Now, you need to prepare salad
  • Wash lettuce first, then cut them
  • The last, boil your green peas
How to prepare:
  • Place baked salmon first
  • Arrange lettuce and green peas, and pour dressing on it
  • Add tomato, and done!
  • You can add another vegetable like asparagus and broccoli. And also you can add baked sausage or baked nugget
  • Enjoy your dinner
