Hi all of you, how you doing? Yes, it’s Monday…are you bringing a lunch box for lunch? It’s good to bring our own lunch because looks healthy. Well, this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe. Let’s rock!Be right back

Ingredient:
  • 3 eggs ( I use carrot egg)
  • 2 sausage (cut as you like)
  • Spinach
  • Frozen vegetables
  • Lettuce
  • 2 Cloves of shallots
  • Spring onion leaves (cut as you like)
  • 1/2 ttsp of salt for making scrambled egg
  • 1/2 ttsp of salt to give taste your spinach
  • Multi-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp of butter to fry a scrambled egg
  • 1/2 tsp of butter to saute spinach
  • Canola oil to fry sausage
These are what you do:
1. Scrambled Egg
  • Heat butter on medium flame
  • Add shallots and spring onion leaves, saute them
  • Crack the eggs on the pan, stir with shallots and spring onion
  • Add salt and multi-purpose seasoning. Stir them together until fully cooked
  • Take aside
2. Stir-Fried Spinach
  • Wash spinach, cut it before
  • Heat butter on medium flame
  • Add spinach, stir it
  • Add frozen vegetables, stir them
  • Add salt and multi-purpose seasoning, stir them together, about 3 minutes. Don’t let your spinach on the pan more than 5 minutes
  • Take aside
3. Fried Sausage
  • Heat canola oil on medium flame. Just enough oil, don’t let your sausage swimming
  • Add sausage, fry them until fully cooked
  • Then put the fried sausage on the kitchen towel (kitchen paper) until the oil excess has gone
  • Take aside
How to prepare a lunch box:
  • Put rice on the box first
  • Put lettuce, and put scrambled egg
  • Then put fried sausage
  • Put stir-fried spinach
  • Add cherry tomatoes. I love to add this tomato
  • Don’t forget to bring fruit to complete your lunch box
