Stir-Fried Eggplant With Black Pepper Sauce

Hi, all of you…Long-time no see. Today I would love to share one of my favorite foods. Well, actually my husband doesn’t like eggplant. So, I have to try cooking this vegetable with another spicy. Let’s take a look, this is my recipe from my kitchen recipe.

Ingredient:
  • 3-4 Small of eggplant or 1-2 big eggplant (cut in dice or as you like) and wash them
  • 5-8 Meatball (cut in small size or cut it as you like)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1/2 Yellow onion (large one), cut in a slice or thin size
  • 2 Tbs Black Pepper Sauce
  • Salt (about 1/2 Ttsp or add salt as you like)
  • Little a bit butter to saute the yellow onion
These are what you do:
  • Heat the stove on medium flame, and add butter on the pan
  • Add yellow onion, saute with butter about 3-4 minutes or until fragrant
  • Add meatball, mix them well about 3-5 minutes
  • Add eggplant, then mix them together
  • Add black pepper sauce and salt, stir them
  • Pour water, mix well and stir them until fully cooked. it about 3-5 minutes
  • The last, serve this eggplant

Sounds easy, right? I think this is a simple menu and easy. You can try this menu at home. The taste is great and tasty. My husband loves this menuSmile
