And yesterday, I cooked this menu. It’s great and tasty food. Believe me!! And this is Mangut recipe from my kitchen. Check this out Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander Small chili or red chili padi or bird chili (add chili if you like hot and spicy) 2 cm bulb of sand ginger 3 cm bulb of ginger Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning : 3 cm bulb of galangal 3 lime leaves Salt (add salt as you like) 3 big red chilies. Cut it 2 or 3 big green chilies, Cut them Ingredient : 300-400 gram catfish (cut them) 200-300 ml coconut cream 1-liter water Little a bit butter ( to saute seasoning) 1 big lemon (squeezing it) These are what you do guys… place catfish in a bowl. Rica-rica comes from Sulawesi island, North Sulawesi, East Indonesia. I’ve never cooked this menu before. But I love to cooked something different, especially traditional food. This is Rica-rica recipe from my kitchen. Let’s rock! Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic 2-4 big of red chilies 2-4 big of green chilies 2-3 cm bulb of ginger Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning : 4 lime leaves 3-4 stalks of lemongrass (each about 5 cm) Some of thai basil leaves – it would be great rica-rica if you can find lemon basil Add salt as you like Ingredient : 250-gram chicken fillet (cut them) Enough canola oil (to fry chicken fillet) 2 tsp canola oil or butter to saute seasoning These are what you do..

I hope for you too guys… and I’d love to share with you how to cook this food. Let’s check it out Seasoning : 6 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic 2 cm bulb of sand ginger 1 ttsp coriander Chili (add chili if you like hot and spicy) Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning: salt, add salt as you like Ingredient : 250 gr grated coconut 4 tsp anchovy 50-75 gram cooked silverfish 2 small pack tempeh (cut in dice) 1 white tofu (cut in dice) Banana leaf Bamboo skewer These are what you do… Place a bowl, add grated coconut, anchovy, cooked silverfish, tempeh, tofu, salt, and add seasoning that you mashed. And yes, I love these foods too! Fried tempeh and fried tofu. And yeah, you can make them yourself at home.  Let’s check out my recipe from my kitchen Seasoning : 4-6 cloves of shallot 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 ttsp coriander (if you like coriander) 3-4 cm bulb of yellow ginger Mash all of these seasoning! Additional seasoning , add salt as you like Ingredient : 15 spoon of flour 3 small pack tempeh. Cut as you like (if you want to make fried tempeh) 4 white tofu, cut as you like (if you want to make fried tofu) spring onion/ onion leaves Water canola oil (deep-fry tempeh or tofu) These are what you do.. Today, I’d love to share with you, Shrimp Coconut Cream Sambal. Base recipe from Chicken Heart Sambal. Check this out! Seasoning : 4 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic chili (add chili if you like spicy) 1/2 big onion Chop all of these seasonings! Additional Seasoning : 4 cm bulb of galangal 3 bay leaves 2 ttsp white pepper powder Salt. Add salt as you like Ingredients : 200-gram shrimp 800 ml of water 200-300ml coconut cream Butter (a little a bit butter to saute seasoning) These are what you do : Heat butter on medium flame. Add seasoning that you mashed. Saute them about 3 minutes Add shrimp, galangal, and bay leaves. Stir them well about 10-15 minutes Pour water, add white pepper powder and salt. It was long..long long time ago. Until now, fried cassava is one of my favorite snacks. Easy to cook and tasty, you want to try, huh…Check out my recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 4-6 cloves of shallot 2 cloves of garlic salt (add salt as you like) 1 ttsp coriander (if you like coriander) Add chili if you like spicy Mash all of these seasoning Ingredient : 1 kg cassava Mozzarella grated, or cheddar grated, or parmesan cheeses. Do you want to know about “Sayur Lodeh”, one of the traditional food from Indonesia? Let’s check the recipe from my kitchen! Seasoning : 6 cloves of shallots 3 cloves of garlic some chilies (green/ red chili) add chili if you like spicy 1 ttsp coriander  Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasonings : 2 tsp baby shrimp Add salt as you like Ingredient : 1 medium eggplant (cut as you like) 150-gram long bean (cut as you like) 800 ml of water 50-65ml coconut cream These are what you do guys.. So, this is the chicken heart Sambal recipe from my kitchen. Check it out! Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 3 cloves of garlic 5 red chilies padi (add chili as you like) Chop all of these seasonings! Additional seasoning : 3 bay leaves 3 cm bulb of galangal add salt as you like Ingredients : 250 gram of chicken heart 100 ml of coconut cream 800-900 ml of water Little a bit butter (to saute seasoning) These are what you do guys.. Heat butter on medium flame. Add seasoning that you chopped. Saute them about 3-4 minutes Add a chicken heart, galangal, and bay leaves. Stir them about 10-15 minutes Pour water. Let it boil Pour coconut cream and salt. Stir them well. Let it fully cooked about 45 minutes until 1 hour. Or until running out of the water

It’s a good one for afternoon tea guys… Sometimes I want to eat traditional food from Indonesia. But, the only way is…I must cook it by myself so I have to try when I failed I must try again. Add salt as you like (1/2 ttsp or 1 ttsp) 1-2 ttsp white pepper powder Ingredients : 15 spoons of tapioca (I use super quality tapioca) 3 spoons of flour 5 spoons of tapioca to coat 250ml-300ml Boiled water 2 small oyster mushrooms- cut as you like Handful onion leaves (cut it first) Canola oil (to fry cireng) These are what you do… Take a bowl, place tapioca, flour, onion leaves, oyster mushroom, salt, white pepper powder, garlic that you mashed Pour water slowly…Stir this dough

Orek Tempe/ Tempeh

Tempeh is a traditional soy product from Indonesia guys… Tempeh is my favorite food!! And today I cooked this menu, called it “Orek Tempe/ Tempeh”. I got this recipe yesterday. Let’s check it out! Seasoning : 8-10 cloves of shallot 2 cloves of garlic 3 red chilies padi (if you like spicy) Mash all of these seasonings! Additional seasonings : 3 cm bulb of galangal 1 bay leaf 3 tsp dark soy sauce Add salt as you like Ingredients : 4 Tempeh (small pack) – cut in dice 100 ml of water canola oil ( to fry tempeh- deep fry) little a bit butter (to saute seasonings) These are what you do… Deep-fry tempeh. Take aside Heat butter on medium flame, add seasonings that you mashed. Saute them about 3 minutes Pour water, dark soy sauce, salt, galangal, and bay leaf. This time, I add some other seasonings, so we can try another an experience in taste. Let’s check it out! Seasoning : 6-8 cloves of shallot 2 cloves garlic 2 candlenuts 5 red chilies padi 3-4 cm bulb of yellow ginger Mash all of these seasoning!
