Lemon Fish Stew

Today I cooked fish again. But now, I made something special about tasty! Yes! This is it…Lemon Fish Stew! Come check out my recipe from my kitchen. let’s cook!

Seasoning :

  • 6 cloves red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt (add as you like guys…)
  • 1 ttsp coriander
  • 1 candlenut
  • 2 cm bulb galangal
  • 2 cm bulb yellow ginger
  • 2 key lime leaves
  • 3 red chilies (add more bird chili if you like hot and spicy)

Mash all of these seasonings!

Additional seasoning :

  • 1 ttsp ginger powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 stalk lemon grass (each about 5 cm)
  • 2 lemon (squeezing it before)
  • celery (add as you like and chopped)

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 dozen rastrelliger fish (about 6-8 fish) – or you can use any fish as you like
  • 800 ml water
  • 50 ml-70ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp canola oil to saute sesaoning

These are what you do….

  • wash the fish, and pour it with lemon water
  • Heat the oil on medium flame
  • Add the seasonings that you mashed, lemongrass, bay leaves. Saute about 2 minutes
  • Pour water, add ginger powder. Let it boil
  • pour coconut cream into boiled seasonings water
  • Put your fish carefully, pour lemon water. Let’s them cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Do not to turn your fish while cooking, or your fish breaking up
  • add little a bit celery on top of it, 5 minutes before being transferred into bowl

Serve and enjoy it. And you will like it!
