Nori-Veggie Omelette

I like the omelette! But sometimes I want to eat omelette in another tasty. So, these are my omelette recipes from my kitchen. Check out…

Seasoning :
  • 4 cloves of shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ttsp salt (add as you like)
  • 3 red chilies (add bird chili if you like hot and spicy)
Mash all of these seasonings

Ingredients :
  • 6 eggs
  • 4-6 baby carrots (cut as you like)
  • 2-3 green peas (cut as you like)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (cut in dice)
  • capsicum (any color, put little a bit, and cut as you like)
  • nori (the sushi seaweed)
  • 6 tsp canola oil/sunflower oil
These are what you do…
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl. add seasonings that you mashed, put baby carrots, green peas, tomatoes, beat well
  • Put a frying pan, pour the oil, heat it on low flame
  • add your eggs, and move the pan around to spread them out evenly
  • put the sheet of nori on top of it right away as soon as possible
  • Press the whole frying egg right on top of nori until the oil completely covering the egg and nori
  • ease around the edges of the omelette, then fold it over in half. fry until golden brown
Simple, and tasty!

  • celery (chopped it)
chop all of these seasonings

Ingredients :
  • 4 eggs
  • nori/sushi seaweed
  • 4 tsp canola oil/sunflower oil
  • salt (add as you like)
These are what you do…
  • crack the eggs into a bowl. Add seasoning that you chopped, and celery. beat them well
  • preheat oil on medium flame
  • add your eggs, move the pan around to spread them out evenly
  • Press the whole frying egg right on top of nori until the oil completely covering the egg and nori
  • ease around the edges of the omelette, then fold it over in half. fry until golden brown
Easy right…then try to cook it. There are simple cooking! Good luck!
